的电力和自动化技术集团ABB,近期正式在华推出全新“Formula系列”塑壳断路器。 该系列产品创新地提出了量身定做的概念,具有选型方便、体积小巧、高效节能等,ABB塑壳断路器是ABB公司采用国际先进设计、制造技术研究、开发的新型断路器之一。此款系列断路器的动、静触头杆(联结板)设计成平行状,充分利用线路短路电流尚未达到Zui大值前的电动斥力使动、静触头被斥开,限制电弧电流的增大,此外采用在静触头周边设置能在电弧灼热下放出气体的绝缘物,籍以吸收电弧能量、冷却电弧,使弧柱缩小并极大地减弱电弧向后喷射的技术措施,同时使用具有电弧气体消游离的灭弧装置,使其飞弧距离做到零。

应用领域广:

ABB塑壳断路器除了可用于常规的工业、建筑领域,亦可用于如煤矿、铁路隧道、太阳能、港口等特殊应用领域。

ABB 设计的2种系列的 塑壳断路器:众所周知的Isomax S系列和新开发的Tmax系列(在2003国际设计中,以其技术含量和环保而闻名)。此外,Tmax 更具有极高的性能水平:外形尺寸小,安装简单。再加上双重绝缘,确保操作者安全。因其Tmax 断路器的卓越性能以及脱扣器和附件的完整性,可使用在交流和直流用电工厂的主配电和子配电中。

Tmax 特性 Tmax系列技术高,采用了Zui先进的设计和模拟工具,保证在Zui小的外形尺寸上达到Zui优的性能。 由于灭弧室采用和能够加快分闸速度,Tmax系列断路器可极大地限制允通能量、减少电流峰值,从而避免装置过热和降低电动应力。 此外,Tmax系列断路器使用了一套完全通用和标准的附件,具有很多优点:减少库存、方便灵活和使用方便。它们皆可选配(使用电流高达500A的)新型剩余电流脱扣器。(RC221, RC222, RC223) 应用领域

塑壳断路器应用在工业和城市低压工厂,工作电流从1 - 1000A。它们安装在直流和交流配电柜中,用于电机保护(电机控制中心)、发电机保护、电容器保护和终端用户。ABB塑壳断路器具有7种型号:T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T6和T7。额定极限短路分断能力(380/415VAC)从16kA到200kA。

每个断路器都具有3极和4极,可配完整系列的保护脱扣器:热磁脱扣器、单磁脱扣器和电子脱扣器。配有TMD和TMA热磁脱扣器的T1,T2,T3, T4, T5和T6可用于直流电厂,额定电流从1A到800A,Zui小工作电压为24VDC。
